Phone calls and call recording

We use a call tracking service that may display a different phone number on our website depending on how you found us. When you call one of these numbers, the service collects the phone number you called from, the date, time and length of the call, and the web page or ad that led to the call. Call tracking applies only to calls you make to us. We do not track or record calls we make to you.

Incoming calls may be recorded. We may record calls you make to us for quality assurance, training, and to keep an accurate record of project details and service requests. Whenever a call is recorded, an automated message at the start of the call tells you that it may be recorded. By continuing the call after that message, you consent to the recording. If you do not want your call recorded, you can hang up and contact us by email at info@nwsigns.com instead.

Call recordings are stored by our call tracking provider, are accessible only to authorized Northwest Sign & Design staff, and are kept in line with that provider's standard retention practices and only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above.
