Jeremy Blake

Jeremy is an Army veteran who has spent nearly two decades building things, first aircraft and now signs. After the Army, he started in 2007 as an aviation technician at Soundair, then spent more than five years at Boeing in Everett. In 2017 he went looking for more variety and found it in signs, where no two projects are alike and no two days are the same. He joined Northwest Sign & Design as an assembler on the shop floor and worked his way up to Production Manager and then Director of Operations, learning every part of the business along the way. In 2020 he and his wife, Stephanie, bought the company, and he stepped in as President.

The lessons from those years now shape how the whole team works: sweat the details, hold each other accountable, and take care of the customer. Every sign that leaves the shop is one the team is proud to put its name on.

Outside of work, Jeremy and Stephanie are raising three sons, and most weekends are spent at baseball and soccer fields or out on a hiking trail.
