Adriel Blake
Director of Operations
Bio
Adriel joined Northwest Sign & Design five years ago after 14 years in the aviation industry with a leading maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider. He came to signs for the opportunity to work alongside family in an industry that rewards creativity.
As Director of Operations, Adriel focuses on getting to the root cause of problems, communicating transparently, and keeping the whole company on the same sheet of music. What he enjoys most is getting to be creative and solve problems every day. A favorite project is The Enchanted Forest Bookshop; he loves seeing a small business owner's vision come to life.
Born in Tennessee and raised mostly in Washington State, Adriel is blessed with a beautiful wife and two amazing sons. Fun fact: he can deadlift 405 pounds.
