Mark Bartman started his sign career as a toddler carrying paint brushes around in his dad’s small sign shop. He grew up in the trade and along the way he learned the core values of hard work, customer relationships and integrity. For over twenty years he had his own sign shop, specializing in wholesale neon but in the spring of 2015 a new customer called wanting to offer neon signage to a client. That phone call started a relationship with the people at Northwest Signs and now, as a member of Northwest Signs himself, Mark has found a company with those same core values that he learned as a child. He is enjoying using the experience he gained over all those years of fabrication, service and installation as an estimator at Northwest Signs.
When not working, I enjoy family life with my wife and daughter, especially when we are outside enjoying the Pacific Northwest.
Where's the most interesting place you've been?
On one of our vacations we went on tours of several of the castles in England and Scotland, including one in Scotland that historically housed the head of the Scottish clan my wife's family belonged to.
